MessageOne launches AlertFind enterprise emergency notification and escalation service

MessageOne has announced the launch of AlertFind, which it claims is ‘the most affordable enterprise emergency notification and escalation service’. AlertFind does not require users to maintain a separate contact database - AlertFind locates ‘any person, any group, anywhere, at any time’, and securely delivers alerts and strategic information simultaneously across virtually every available communications device.

AlertFind integrates with key enterprise systems to enable companies to leverage existing contact information sources - rather than maintaining a stand alone emergency notification database that is costly, complex to maintain, and often outdated.

Specifically, AlertFind offers automatic synchronisation with enterprise messaging systems (Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes); enterprise resource planning and human resource systems (PeopleSoft and SAP); disaster recovery planning software, as well as all other generic ODBC data sources. For example, commonly used "distribution lists" that exist within most enterprise messaging systems - department, location or team specific - are constantly changing and often the most accurate snapshot of how people and groups communicate within and outside an organisation. The ability to base and model automated "call-trees" on these organic distribution lists significantly lowers system administration and maintenance costs, while ensuring the most up-to-date contact information.

AlertFind is available immediately directly from MessageOne or through OEM relationships with key partners SunGard Availability Services and IBM's Business Continuity & Recovery Services, starting at $500 per month for an enterprise. In addition, AlertFind can be integrated with MessageOne's other award-winning products including Emergency Messaging System (EMS) designed to ensure highest enterprise e-mail continuity.
